We acknowledge that our Special Olympics Ontario community is located on/in the Traditional territories of the Anishinaabeg, specifically the Chippewa, Ojibwa and Potawatomi peoples, under the Robinson-Huron Treaty of 1850 and the Williams Treaties of 1923.
Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work, live and play on this land.
